Dana Talbot

Owner

Owned by Dana Talbot with 25 years of Gymnastics and Dance experience. As a former gymnast at Southern CT State University, Dana competed at the national level. Dana was also the former head coach for the Southington YMCA program up to level 9 for over 3 years and an assistant coach to the High School Team. Dana joined Xtreme Cheer in 2003 where she has assisted in tumbling, dance, and choreography. She also manages all operations behind Xtreme Cheer. Dana is the only coach in CT to achieve multiple World Medals. Dana helps with coaching and routine clean-up of all teams at Xtreme Cheer and is the head coach of renowned Xtreme Cheer Inferno.

 

Michael Talbot

Co/ Owner Manager

Michael E. Talbot. Mike has over 25 years of cheerleading and tumbling experience. In addition to his participation in cheerleading through high school and college, where he was a cheerleader for the UConn Huskies, Mike has worked for various organizations associated with cheerleading from regional to national levels. He was a member of the UCA staff for 7 years, a member of Best Cheerleading for 3 years, and a member of 2x Globe-winning Xtreme Cheer Inferno.

Mike has served as a judge on both local and national levels. He also currently helps train State Cheerleading Champions, including Danbury and Newtown High School, among other NY and CT schools. Additionally, Mike is safety certified in Connecticut for CPR and First Aid.

  • Dilmer Bonifacio

    Coach, Choreographer, Tumbling Coach

    Dilmer is a former professional cheerleader for the New Jersey Nets and has been with Xtreme Cheer for the past 23 years. He is involved in coaching, tumbling, and also helping with choreography inside and outside the gym. His background is based on cheering and dancing, gymnastics, high school, and college cheer. Dilmer was also a member of Xtreme's Worlds recognized Xtreme Cheer Inferno.

  • Lauren Moore

    Level 1 & 2 Coach

    Lauren is a former CCSU (2006) & Stamford High (2002) Cheerleader. At Central Connecticut State University Lauren competed at the National Level. Lauren has over 20 years of experience in dance, cheerleading, and tumbling. She is a former judge for local High School Cheerleading competitions. Lauren helped coach Westhill High School in Stamford and was the head coach at Darien High School. Lauren joined Xtreme Cheer in 2017 coaching the Tinys Team. She is a mother to 1 girl & 2 boys and is a certified State of CT Elementary School teacher.

  • Elexa Talbot

    Elexa Talbot

    Level 1 & 2 Coach

    Elexa Talbot born and raised at Xtreme Cheer has become a dominant figure at Xtreme with achieving multiple National Titles to include 3X UCA Champ, 1x Level 5 ASW Worlds Champions and Top 6 World’s Finalist. Elexa is now also our level 1 & 2 coach where she has received in her first year of coaching, Top 10 at ASW with her level 1 team out of 69 teams and Bronze finalist with her level 2 team out of 72 teams. She is also our visual and motions choreographer at XCA!

  • Michael Castillo

    Level 5 & 6 Coach

    Michael joined Xtreme 2 years ago as a member of World’s recognized Xtreme Cheer Inferno. Mike joined our XCA staff as an integral member with extensive knowledge of All-Star Cheer. Mike has over 12 years of coaching experience. He was the head coach for team Ecuador All-girl, where he has won 2 UCA titles and won Silver in 2019 at ICU World’s with team Ecuador Coed Elite.

  • Trisha Emmeluth

    Tiny’s and Mini’s Coach

    Trisha joined Xtreme this season as the Coach of our Tiny’s and Mini’s program at Xtreme. Trish is a NY-certified judge with years of experience in All-Star, High School, & Rec Cheer. She is also a New York special education teacher.

  • Kiara Turner

    Half Year Coach

    Kiara joined Xtreme Cheer in 2023 as a Coach to our Half-Year Prep program at XCA. She is currently also a coach to both our Tiny’s and Mini’s teams. “Coach K” brings us 13 years of All-Star and High School experience. She is also a NY Special Education teacher and NY certified judge.

  • Michael Caruso

    Elite Coach

    Coach “Mikey” has been a part of All-stars for over 3 years. He is also a level 6 athlete. Mikey brings incredible energy to everything he does! He will be working closely with our levels 1-3.
